Symptoms

Selhání zálohování modulu NetWorker Module for Database Applications (NMD) Postgres s chybou zálohy "could not connect to database template1": could not connect to server"

Backup Error:  
The command '/usr/bin/nwbackup.sh' did not complete successfully. Exit code: 1. Error: + /usr/local/pgsql/bin/pg_dumpall --file=/nsr/apps/tmp/<random numbers>/<sql script>

pg_dumpall: error: could not connect to database "template1": could not connect to server: No such file or directory

Cause

Přihlašovací údaje uživatele nebyly v prostředí Postgres správně nastaveny.

Resolution

Aktualizujte záložní skript NMDA tak, aby obsahoval uživatelské jméno, název databáze a IP adresu serveru Postgres.
