Symptoms

Le logiciel d’analyse comparative signale des performances d’écriture médiocres sur les SSD Phison P0221. Crystaldiskmark et d’autres outils de benchmark renvoient la « vitesse de lecture/écriture du disque 0 » sur le disque NVMe (Non-Volatile Memory Express).

Cause

Le firmware des disques (FW) ne peut pas effectuer le nettoyage de la mémoire (GC) en arrière-plan. Le cache SLC (Single Level Cell) n’est pas en cours d’effacement. Un cache plein déclenche le firmware GC en avant-plan, ce qui limite les commandes de l’hôte. Cela entraîne une baisse des performances au fil du temps.

Resolution

Remarque : Avant de démarrer la mise à jour, procédez comme suit :

  1. Sauvegardez toutes vos données personnelles. Pour plus d'informations, reportez-vous à l'article : Sauvegarde et restauration

  2. Branchez l’adaptateur secteur si des mises à jour sont en cours d’exécution sur un ordinateur portable.
