Symptoms
在采用 NativeEdge 产品的任何当前戴尔自动化平台用户界面上，查看硬件资源清册的用户可能会在使用基于 MegaRAID 的硬盘的戴尔 Precision 塔式工作站设备上观察到：
- 空白控制器 ID 字段
- 缺少状态信息
- 用户界面 （UI） 与后端或设备级工具相比存在差异
Cause
戴尔自动化平台 （DAP） 用户界面缺少用于显示 Precision 塔式设备的 MegaRAID 控制器元数据的实施。
Resolution
没有适用于所有当前版本的解决方法。
由于问题出在 UI 级别，因此后端数据存在，但在下一个可用版本发布之前无法通过 UI 显示。
