Symptoms

Dans Dell Automation Platform Orchestrator, sous Inventaire Infrastructure>>[Nom du nœud] >Propriétés du matériel>, la version du bundle de firmware affiche Unknown ou une version incorrecte après l’application du bundle de firmware correct.

Dans ce cas, le nœud est un serveur XR5610. Le nœud possède un contrôleur de disque HBA355i.

Cause

Les offres groupées de firmware NativeEdge pour 4.1 et 4.2 ne contiennent pas la version du firmware HBA355i. Cela entraîne l’affichage d’un message inconnu dans l’interface utilisateur (UI)

Resolution

Ouvrez une demande de service (SR) auprès du support Dell pour obtenir de l’aide afin de résoudre ce problème.
