Symptoms
In Dell Automation Platform Orchestrator, in Inventory>Infrastructure >[Node Name] >Hardware >Properties, la versione del pacchetto firmware mostra Unknown o la versione errata dopo l'applicazione del pacchetto firmware corretto.
In questa istanza, il nodo è un XR5610. Il nodo dispone di un HBA355i come controller dell'unità.
Cause
I pacchetti firmware NativeEdge per 4.1 e 4.2 non contengono la versione del firmware HBA355i. Ciò causa il messaggio sconosciuto nell'interfaccia utente (UI)
Resolution
Aprire una Service Request (SR) con il Supporto Dell per ricevere assistenza nella risoluzione di questo problema.
