Symptoms
新建立的服務計畫，或在現有 Gold 或 Silver 級服務計畫的儲存裝置訂單偏好設定變更為快照時，就會發生這種情況。
執行服務計劃時，對應階段可能會失敗，並顯示下列錯誤：
<SPP_000037主機名稱> 無法確定應用程式 <DBNAME> 所在的儲存類型。確認應用程式是否位於已新增至 AppSync 的支援 EMC 儲存裝置上。

Cause
當選取錯誤的服務計劃範本來建立執行中的服務計劃時，可能會導致此狀況。
例如，AppSync 不支援使用 Xtremio 陣列的遠端快照。如果使用白銀或金級服務計劃建立服務計劃，且選取了快照偏好設定，則會出現此問題。
Resolution
若要解決此問題，請使用青銅範本建立新的服務計劃。
或者，如果需要黃金或白銀保護，且已在環境中實作 RecoverPoint，則可在服務計畫內容的「儲存順序偏好設定」區段「建立副本」階段選取書籤選項。
