Symptoms
新创建的服务计划或现有黄金级或白银级服务计划的存储顺序首选项更改为快照时都会发生这种情况。
运行服务计划时，映射阶段可能会失败，并显示以下错误：
<SPP_000037 主机名> 无法确定应用程序 <DBNAME> 所在的存储类型。Verify if the application is located on a supported EMC storage that has been added to AppSync.

Cause
当选择了错误的服务计划模板来创建正在运行的服务计划时，可能会导致这种情况。
例如，AppSync 不支持使用 Xtremio 阵列的远程快照。如果使用白银级或黄金级服务计划创建服务计划，并且选择了快照首选项，则会出现此问题。
Resolution
要解决此问题，请使用青铜模板创建新的服务计划。
或者，如果需要金牌或银牌保护，并且在环境中实施了 RecoverPoint，则可以在服务计划属性的 Storage Ordered Preference部分的 Create Copy阶段选择书签选项。
