Symptoms

NVP(NetWorker VMware Protection) 통합은 vProxy 어플라이언스로 구성됩니다. NWUI(NetWorker Management Web User Interface)는 vCenter Server 플러그인을 설치하는 데 사용됩니다. vCenter Server 플러그인이 다음 오류와 함께 실패합니다.

Registration of vCenter [ ] failed. See log for further details.
Unable to install the plug-in as an error occured while retrieving the token/session ID

NetWorker Server restapi.log에는 다음이 표시됩니다.

Cause

를 사용하여 NetWorker 사용자 계정에 인증 토큰이 발급되었습니다. nsrlogin 명령을 실행합니다. 이러한 토큰은 시간 기반입니다. 토큰이 만료된 후 오류가 나타납니다.

Resolution

NetWorker 인증 신뢰를 다시 설정하고 새 사용자 보안 토큰을 생성합니다. 

  1. Windows 업그레이드를 실행하라는 프롬프트에 아래 내용이 표시될 때까지 nsrauthtrust NetWorker Server에서 인증 서버를 제공합니다. nsrauthtrust -H my_authentication_server -P 9090
  2. 다음 옵션 중 하나를 사용합니다.
  • 만료된 토큰을 지웁니다. nsrlogout
  • NetWorker 사용자에 대한 새 사용자 보안 토큰을 생성합니다. nsrlogin -u myuser 
  1. NWUI에서 vSphere 플러그인 설치를 다시 시도합니다.
