NetWorker: Instalace doplňku vCenter se nezdaří a zobrazí se zpráva "Unable to install the plugin as an error occurred while reloading the token/session ID"

Integrace NetWorker VMware Protection (NVP) se konfiguruje se zařízením vProxy. K instalaci doplňku vCenter Server se používá webové uživatelské rozhraní NetWorker Management (NWUI). Selhání doplňku vCenter Server s:

Registration of vCenter [ ] failed. See log for further details.
Unable to install the plug-in as an error occured while retrieving the token/session ID
See vcui.log file in the NetWorker tomcat logs folder for further details.

V restapi.log serveru NetWorker se zobrazí:

Linux: /nsr/logs/restapi/restapi.log
Windows: [INSTALL_DRIVE]:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\logs\restapi\restapi.log

Pro uživatelský účet NetWorker byl vydán ověřovací token pomocí nsrlogin . Tyto tokeny jsou založeny na čase. Chyba se zobrazí po vypršení platnosti tokenu.

Znovu obnovte důvěryhodnost ověřování NetWorker a vygenerujte nový token zabezpečení uživatele. 

1. Spustit nsrauthtrust ze serveru NetWorker a zadejte ověřovací server: nsrauthtrust -H my_authentication_server -P 9090
2. Použijte jednu z následujících možností:

• Vymažte token, jehož platnost vypršela: nsrlogout
• Vygenerujte nový bezpečnostní token pro uživatele NetWorker: nsrlogin -u myuser 

3. Zkuste znovu nainstalovat doplněk vSphere z NWUI.

• NetWorker: Příkazy nsr selžou, pokud jste přihlášeni jako uživatel root nebo Administrator command prompt.
