Symptoms

L’intégration NetWorker VMware Protection (NVP) est configurée avec l’appliance vProxy. NetWorker Management Web User Interface (NWUI) est utilisé pour installer le plug-in vCenter Server. Le plug-in vCenter Server échoue avec :

Registration of vCenter [ ] failed. See log for further details.
Unable to install the plug-in as an error occured while retrieving the token/session ID
See vcui.log file in the NetWorker tomcat logs folder for further details.

Le restapi.log NetWorker Server affiche les éléments suivants :

Linux : /nsr/logs/restapi/restapi.log
Windows. : [INSTALL_DRIVE]:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\logs\restapi\restapi.log

Cause

Un jeton d’authentification a été émis sur le compte d’utilisateur NetWorker à l’aide de nsrlogin . Ces tokens sont basés sur le temps. L’erreur s’affiche après l’expiration du jeton.

Resolution

Rétablissez la confiance de l’authentification NetWorker et générez un nouveau jeton de sécurité utilisateur. 

  1. Exécutez nsrauthtrust à partir du NetWorker Server et fournissez le serveur d’authentification : nsrauthtrust -H my_authentication_server -P 9090
  2. Utilisez l’une des options suivantes :
  • Effacez le jeton expiré : nsrlogout
  • Générez un nouveau jeton de sécurité utilisateur pour l’utilisateur NetWorker : nsrlogin -u myuser 
  1. Réessayez d’installer le plugin vSphere à partir de NWUI.
