Symptoms

NetWorker VMware Protection (NVP)統合は、vProxyアプライアンスを使用して構成されています。NetWorker管理Webユーザー インターフェイス(NWUI)は、vCenter Serverプラグインをインストールするために使用されます。vCenter Serverプラグインが次のエラーで失敗します。

Registration of vCenter [ ] failed. See log for further details.
Unable to install the plug-in as an error occured while retrieving the token/session ID
See vcui.log file in the NetWorker tomcat logs folder for further details.

NetWorkerサーバー restapi.logには、次の情報が表示されます。

Linuxの場合 /nsr/logs/restapi/restapi.log
Windowsの場合： [INSTALL_DRIVE]:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\logs\restapi\restapi.log

Cause

認証トークンは、を使用してNetWorkerユーザー アカウントに発行されました。 nsrlogin に指定します。これらのトークンは時間ベースです。トークンの有効期限が切れた後にエラーが表示されます。

Resolution

NetWorker認証の信頼を再確立し、新しいユーザー セキュリティ トークンを生成します。 

  1. そのノードで nsrauthtrust NetWorkerサーバーから、認証サーバーを提供します。 nsrauthtrust -H my_authentication_server -P 9090
  2. 次のいずれかのオプションを使用します。
  • 期限切れのトークンをクリアします。 nsrlogout
  • NetWorkerユーザーの新しいユーザー セキュリティ トークンを生成します。 nsrlogin -u myuser 
  1. NWUIからvSphereプラグインのインストールを再試行します。
