NetWorker: instalacja wtyczki vCenter kończy się niepowodzeniem z komunikatem "Unable to install the plug-in as an error occurred while regeting the token/session ID"

Integracja NetWorker VMware Protection (NVP) jest skonfigurowane z urządzeniem vProxy. Wtyczka serwera vCenter Server jest używana do instalowania wtyczki serwera NetWorker Management Web User Interface (NWUI). Działanie wtyczki vCenter Server zwraca następujący błąd:

Registration of vCenter [ ] failed. See log for further details.
Unable to install the plug-in as an error occured while retrieving the token/session ID
See vcui.log file in the NetWorker tomcat logs folder for further details.

Na restapi.log serwera NetWorker wyświetlane są następujące informacje:

Linux: /nsr/logs/restapi/restapi.log
Windows: [INSTALL_DRIVE]:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\logs\restapi\restapi.log

Token uwierzytelniania został wystawiony dla konta użytkownika NetWorker przy użyciu nsrlogin . Tokeny te są oparte na czasie. Błąd pojawia się po wygaśnięciu tokenu.

Przywróć zaufanie uwierzytelniania NetWorker i wygeneruj nowy token zabezpieczający użytkownika. 

1. Uruchom nsrauthtrust z serwera NetWorker i podaj serwer uwierzytelniania: nsrauthtrust -H my_authentication_server -P 9090
2. Użyj jednej z następujących opcji:

• Wyczyść wygasły token: nsrlogout
• Wygeneruj nowy token zabezpieczeń dla użytkownika NetWorker: nsrlogin -u myuser 

3. Ponów próbę instalacji wtyczki vSphere z NWUI.

• NetWorker: polecenia nsr kończą się niepowodzeniem, gdy zalogowano się jako wiersz polecenia administratora lub root.
