Symptoms

A integração do NetWorker VMware Protection (NVP) é configurada com o equipamento vProxy. O NetWorker Management Web User Interface (NWUI) é usado para instalar o plug-in do vCenter Server. O plug-in do vCenter Server falha, com a mensagem:

Registration of vCenter [ ] failed. See log for further details.
Unable to install the plug-in as an error occured while retrieving the token/session ID
See vcui.log file in the NetWorker tomcat logs folder for further details.

A restapi.log NetWorker Server mostra:

Linux: /nsr/logs/restapi/restapi.log
Windows: [INSTALL_DRIVE]:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\logs\restapi\restapi.log

Cause

Um token de autenticação foi emitido para a conta de usuário do NetWorker usando o nsrlogin . Esses tokens são baseados em tempo. O erro é exibido depois que o token expira.

Resolution

Restabelecer a confiança na autenticação do NetWorker e gerar um novo token de segurança do usuário. 

  1. Execute nsrauthtrust a partir do servidor NetWorker e forneça o servidor de autenticação: nsrauthtrust -H my_authentication_server -P 9090
  2. Use uma das seguintes opções:
  • Limpe o token expirado: nsrlogout
  • Gere um novo token de segurança de usuário para o usuário do NetWorker: nsrlogin -u myuser 
  1. Tente novamente a instalação do plug-in vSphere pelo NWUI.
