Symptoms

NetWorker VMware Protection (NVP) entegrasyonu, vProxy cihazıyla yapılandırılır. NetWorker Management Web User Interface (NWUI), vCenter Server eklentisini yüklemek için kullanılır. vCenter Server eklentisi aşağıdakilerle başarısız olur:

Registration of vCenter [ ] failed. See log for further details.
Unable to install the plug-in as an error occured while retrieving the token/session ID
See vcui.log file in the NetWorker tomcat logs folder for further details.

NetWorker Sunucu restapi.log şunları gösterir:

Linux: /nsr/logs/restapi/restapi.log
Windows: [INSTALL_DRIVE]:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\logs\restapi\restapi.log

Cause

NetWorker kullanıcı hesabına bir kimlik doğrulama belirteci aşağıdakiler kullanılarak verildi: nsrlogin yaparsınız. Bu belirteçler zamana dayalıdır. Hata, belirtecin süresi dolduktan sonra görüntülenir.

Resolution

NetWorker kimlik doğrulama güvenini yeniden kurun ve yeni bir kullanıcı güvenlik belirteci oluşturun. 

  1. Sürücüyü yüklemek için ilgili düğümde nsrauthtrust NetWorker Sunucusundan satın alıp kimlik doğrulama sunucusunu sağlayın: nsrauthtrust -H my_authentication_server -P 9090
  2. Aşağıdaki seçeneklerden birini kullanın:
  • Süresi dolan belirteci temizleyin: nsrlogout
  • NetWorker Kullanıcısı için yeni bir kullanıcı güvenlik belirteci oluşturun: nsrlogin -u myuser 
  1. NWUI'den vSphere eklentisi kurulumunu tekrar deneyin.
