Symptoms

NetWorker VMware Protection (NVP) 整合是透過 vProxy 裝置進行設定。NetWorker Management Web 使用者介面 （NWUI） 可用來安裝 vCenter Server 附掛程式。vCenter Server 附掛程式失敗，並傳回：

Registration of vCenter [ ] failed. See log for further details.
Unable to install the plug-in as an error occured while retrieving the token/session ID
See vcui.log file in the NetWorker tomcat logs folder for further details.

NetWorker 伺服器restapi.log顯示：

Linux： /nsr/logs/restapi/restapi.log
Windows： [INSTALL_DRIVE]:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\logs\restapi\restapi.log

Cause

已向 NetWorker 使用者帳戶發出驗證權杖，方法是使用 nsrlogin 命令為貴組織設定主要和次要 IT 連絡人。這些令牌是基於時間的。令牌過期后出現錯誤。

Resolution

重新建立 NetWorker 驗證信任，並產生新的使用者安全性權杖。 

  1. 執行 nsrauthtrust 從 NetWorker 伺服器並提供驗證伺服器： nsrauthtrust -H my_authentication_server -P 9090
  2. 使用下列其中一個選項：
  • 清除過期的權杖： nsrlogout
  • 為 NetWorker 使用者產生新的使用者安全性權杖： nsrlogin -u myuser 
  1. 再次嘗試從 NWUI 安裝 vSphere 附掛程式。
