Symptoms

NetWorker VMware Protection (NVP) 集成已通过 vProxy 设备进行配置。NetWorker 管理 Web 用户界面 （NWUI） 用于安装 vCenter Server 插件。vCenter Server 插件失败，并显示：

Registration of vCenter [ ] failed. See log for further details.
Unable to install the plug-in as an error occured while retrieving the token/session ID
See vcui.log file in the NetWorker tomcat logs folder for further details.

NetWorker 服务器restapi.log显示：

Linux： /nsr/logs/restapi/restapi.log
Windows： [INSTALL_DRIVE]:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\logs\restapi\restapi.log

Cause

使用 向 NetWorker 用户帐户颁发了身份验证令牌 nsrlogin 命令为您的组织配置主要和次要 IT 联系人。这些令牌是基于时间的。令牌过期后，将显示该错误。

Resolution

重新建立 NetWorker 身份验证信任并生成新的用户安全令牌。 

  1. 在该节点上运行 nsrauthtrust 从 NetWorker 服务器并提供身份验证服务器： nsrauthtrust -H my_authentication_server -P 9090
  2. 使用以下选项之一：
  • 清除过期的令牌： nsrlogout
  • 为 NetWorker 用户生成新的用户安全令牌： nsrlogin -u myuser 
  1. 再次尝试从 NWUI 安装 vSphere 插件程序。
