Symptoms

루트로 기록되어 있거나 관리자 명령 프롬프트에서 nsr 명령을 실행하는 경우 nsr 명령이 실패합니다.
nsrlogin으로 로그인한 후 nsr 명령이 정상적으로 작동합니다.

예:

nsraddadmin -H <authc server> -P 9090
134747:nsraddadmin: Bad resource file.

nsraddadmin -H <NetWorker server> -P 9090
88924:nsraddadmin: Cannot connect to resource database: Unable to set user privileges based on user token for root on <NetWorker server>: Failed to validate security token.

root> nsraddadmin -u <user@NetWorker server>

Cause

이 문제는 사용자가 이전에 nsrlogout을 실행하지 않고 nsrlogin을 실행했기 때문에 발생할 수 있습니다. 이전 nsrlogin 세션의 오래된 토큰이 NetWorker Server의 /nsr/tmp/sec/tokens에 있습니다.

Resolution

nsrlogout을 실행하여 토큰을 지웁니다. 토큰이 남아 있는 경우 /nsr/tmp/sec/tokens에서 다른 디렉토리(예: /tmp)로 파일을 이동하거나 파일을 삭제합니다.

 

NetWorker 서버/서비스를 다시 시작할 필요는 없습니다.

 

NetWorker 작업에 nsrlogin 을 사용한 후 완료되면 nsrlogout 을 실행합니다. 루트 권한으로 또는 관리자 프롬프트에서 NetWorker 명령을 실행하는 경우 nsrlogin 이 필요하지 않습니다.
