Symptoms
The iDRAC event THRM0018 occurs and warning event "0500THRM0018" is present
Cause
Both the sensors used to monitor the inlet ambience are not functional.
Resolution
Either restart or power-cycle the system to see if one or both sensors start working.
If the sensor stays unresponsive, contact your service provider.
Additionally, follow Central KB to fix the issue.
