Symptoms
GeoDriveフォルダーを参照し、ファイルとフォルダーをハイライト表示すると、GeoDriveメニューがリストに表示されない。
Cause
これは通常、セキュリティ ソフトウェア(McAfee)によってGeoDriveエクスプローラー拡張機能がWindowsエクスプローラーに追加されるのをブロックしている場合に発生します
確認するには、現在のセキュリティ ソフトウェアを一時停止し、タスク マネージャーを使用してWindowsエクスプローラーを再起動します。
この後、GeoDriveメニューが使用可能になります。
Resolution
セキュリティ ソフトウェアのエクスプローラー拡張機能で、Windowsエクスプローラーへの追加を許可します
ブロックできるDLLには、次の名前が付けられます。 "atemc_shell.dll"
