Symptoms
GeoDrive 폴더를 탐색하고 파일 및 폴더를 강조 표시할 때 GeoDrive 메뉴가 목록에서 누락됩니다.
Cause
이 문제는 일반적으로 보안 소프트웨어(McAfee)가 GeoDrive 탐색기 확장이 Windows 탐색기에 추가되지 않도록 차단하는 경우에 발생합니다.
확인하려면 작업 관리자를 사용하여 현재 보안 소프트웨어를 일시 중지하고 Windows 탐색기를 다시 시작합니다.

Resolution
