Symptoms

Los clientes informan un rendimiento deficiente y hay una alta carga y utilización de CPU en un nodo debido a isi_mca_dump proceso.

Cause

La arquitectura de comprobación de máquinas (MCA) es un mecanismo de generación de informes de errores para la CPU y la memoria. Debido al DIMM defectuoso, hay un retraso en los datos escritos o leídos desde el nodo afectado. Este retraso puede causar latencia de back-end y, finalmente, afectar el rendimiento general del clúster. En el peor de los casos, la latencia puede provocar una situación de datos no disponibles (DU).

Resolution

Reemplace el DIMM defectuoso.
