Symptoms

Bij het implementeren van de SourceOne Centralized Upgrade Management Agent op sommige servers, kan de implementatie mislukken met het Error Code: 6

Het is gelukt om de agent handmatig op de lokale computer te installeren.

Cause

Dit probleem wordt veroorzaakt door een softwaredefect.

Resolution

Dit probleem is opgelost in patches of Service Pack-versies van SourceOne Email Management die later zijn dan versie 7.2.5.5088. SourceOne patch- en servicepackkits kunnen worden gedownload via Dell Support.
