Resolution

  • Dell Technologies는 영향을 받는 고객에게 사전에 연락하여 확장기 펌웨어 불일치를 해결하고 작업을 예약하고 있습니다.
  • Dell Services, 원격, 사전 예방적 또는 현장 팀이 해결 작업을 수행합니다.
  • 해결 방법은 두 확장기를 동일한 펌웨어 버전으로 전환하는 것으로 구성됩니다. 
  • 문제 해결에는 노드당 약 1시간이 소요됩니다. 문제 해결은 다운타임을 방지하기 위해 노드별로 수행됩니다.
