Cause
在本地和远程系统中，IPv6 管理地址应始终使用小写或大写。创建远程系统时，IPv6 管理地址必须与用于远程群集management_address的大小写相匹配。
Resolution
通过 https://[mgmt_ip]/api/rest/cluster？select=id，management_address检查 IPv6 management_address。
使用此 IPv6 management_address创建远程系统。
