Symptoms
SourceOne Email Management 索引重建似乎需要很長時間才能執行，且最終會失敗，而且在升級至 SourceOne Email Management 7.2.6 後，處理包含特定 Excel 附件 （xls） 的訊息時，索引會標示為遺失項目。
這可能會導致在全文索引搜索中不返回索引放置目錄中積壓的事務檔和未編製索引的郵件。
在索引伺服器的ExAsIdxOBJ.exe記錄中可能會觀察到類似以下的警告：
Forcing close concording run inside of ~CExIndexAccess Aborting index run!! Forcing close of index inside of ~CExIndexAccess
Cause
這個問題是由軟體缺陷造成的。
Resolution
此問題已在 7.2.6.6201 或以上的 Hotfix Bundle （HFB） 或 Service Pack 版本上解決。（7.2.6 + 混合式破碎板 3）
Hotfix 套件和服務套件套件可供 https://https://www.dell.com/support 下載，選取「驅動程式與下載」以存取所需的軟體。
注意：修補程式僅適用於解決此問題時可用的最新修補程式或產品 Service Pack 版本。
注意：建議您務必升級至最新版本的 SourceOne 版本、Service Pack 和 Hot Fix Bundle，以確保所有目前已解決的問題皆已修正，包括上述問題。
