Symptoms

NetWorker VMware Protection 통합은 vProxy 어플라이언스와 함께 구성됩니다. VMware 백업 작업이 환경의 특정 vProxy 어플라이언스에 대해 작업 오더를 실행하지 못합니다. 

백업 작업 로그에는 다음이 표시됩니다.

MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS VM_NAME: Unable to start backup on vProxy 'MYVPROXY.MYDOMAIN.COM': libCURL: function "curl_easy_perform" returned error 60: "An error occurred as a result of an SSL protocol failure. For example, failure to verify server/CA certificate during the handshake. MYVPROXY.MYDOMAIN.COM:9090 ".

Cause

NetWorker 리소스 데이터베이스(nsrdb)에 있는 vProxy 인증서가 vProxy 어플라이언스의 인증서와 일치하지 않습니다.

Resolution

nsrdb에서 인증서를 업데이트하려면 NetWorker Server에 vProxy 어플라이언스를 다시 등록해야 합니다.

구성에서 vProxy 어플라이언스를 삭제하고 DellNetWorker VMware 통합 가이드에 설명된 단계에 등록합니다.

Additional Information

vProxy를 다시 등록할 때 오류가 지속되면 다음을 수행합니다.

  1. 1. NetWorker에서 vProxy를 삭제합니다NMC(NetWorker Management Console)의 디바이스->VMware 프록시 아래에서 vProxy를 삭제합니다. 마찬가지로 NWUI(NetWorker Web User Interface )를 사용하여 보호->VMware 프록시에서 vProxy를 삭제할 수 있습니다.
  2. SSH를 통해 vProxy에 연결하고 'admin'으로 로그인합니다.
  3. 루트로 전환합니다. 
sudo su -

       4. /opt/emc/vproxy/runtime/state/vProxyRegistry.dat 파일의 이름을 바꿉니다.

mv /opt/emc/vproxy/runtime/state/vProxyRegistry.dat /opt/emc/vproxy/runtime/state/vProxyRegistry.dat-`date -I`

       5. vProxy 재부팅: reboot

       6. vProxy가 다시 온라인 상태가 되면 NMC 또는 NWUI에서 NetWorker로 다시 추가합니다.
