Symptoms

NetWorker VMware Protection 整合是透過 vProxy 裝置進行設定。VMware 備份動作無法針對環境中的特定 vProxy 裝置執行工作訂單。

備份動作記錄顯示：

MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS VM_NAME: Unable to start backup on vProxy 'MYVPROXY.MYDOMAIN.COM': libCURL: function "curl_easy_perform" returned error 60: "An error occurred as a result of an SSL protocol failure. For example, failure to verify server/CA certificate during the handshake. MYVPROXY.MYDOMAIN.COM:9090 ".

Cause

位於 NetWorker Resource Database （nsrdb） 中的 vProxy 憑證與 vProxy 裝置的憑證不相符。

Resolution

vProxy 裝置必須針對 NetWorker 伺服器重新註冊，才能更新 nsrdb 中的憑證。

從組態中刪除 vProxy 裝置，然後使用 Dell NetWorker VMware 整合指南中記錄的步驟進行註冊。

Additional Information

如果在重新註冊 vProxy 時仍出現錯誤，請執行下列步驟。

  1. 1.在 裝置->VMware Proxy 下，從 NetWorker Management Console （NMC） 刪除 vProxy。同樣地，NetWorker Web 使用者介面 （NWUI） 可用來從 Protection-VMware> Proxy 中刪除 vProxy。
  2. 透過 SSH 連線至 vProxy，並以「admin」身分登入。
  3. 切換至 root： 
sudo su -

       4.重新命名 /opt/emc/vproxy/runtime/state/vProxyRegistry.dat 檔案。

mv /opt/emc/vproxy/runtime/state/vProxyRegistry.dat /opt/emc/vproxy/runtime/state/vProxyRegistry.dat-`date -I`

       5.重新啟動 vProxy： 重新開機

       6.vProxy 重新上線後，請從 NMC 或 NWUI 將其新增至 NetWorker。
