VxRail: How to collect TSR logs on Dell's 14G PowerEdge Servers.

Instructions

- log in to iDRAC9 Web Interface

Idrac dashboard upon login 

- Go to Maintenance Tab and select SupportAssist.

Select maintenance in the top options 

- If the server is not registered for SupportAssist, click cancel and then click cancel registration.

Select cancel registration if it pops up. 

- Click "Start a Collection."
- Leave the defaults or select the data that needs collected.
- In Collection Preferences, click "Save Locally" to save to your device.

Select to save locally when prompted. 

- Proceed by clicking collect and accepting the End-User Level Agreement (EULA).
