Symptoms

SQLバックアップが次のようなエラーで失敗します。

avsql Error <40258>: sqlconnectimpl_smo::get_installed_instance_list Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.Smo.FailedOperationException: An exception occurred in SMO while trying to manage a service. --->
Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.Sdk.Sfc.EnumeratorException: Failed to retrieve data for this request. ---> System.Management.ManagementException: Provider load failure

このエラーは、 --provider-architecture フラグを avsql.cmd ファイルで定義）を使用することが重要です。

Cause

「 --provider-architecture=32 フラグが誤って入力されました avsql.cmd ファイルまたは不適切に誤ったフォーマットで追加されました。

これは、フラグを avsql.cmd 次のようなコマンドラインでファイルを作成します。

echo --provider-architecture=32bit

Resolution

  1. を手動で作成する avsql.cmd Avamarソフトウェア ディレクトリー内のファイル( C:\Program Files\avs\var)を使用して、メモ帳などのテキストエディタを使用します。ファイルがテキスト(TXT)ファイル拡張子 で保存されていない ことを確認します。
  2. 追加 --provider-architecture=32 フラグを avsql.cmd ファイルで定義）を使用することが重要です。
  3. ファイルを保存して閉じます。
