Symptoms

SQL 備份失敗，並出現類似以下的錯誤：

avsql Error <40258>: sqlconnectimpl_smo::get_installed_instance_list Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.Smo.FailedOperationException: An exception occurred in SMO while trying to manage a service. --->
Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.Sdk.Sfc.EnumeratorException: Failed to retrieve data for this request. ---> System.Management.ManagementException: Provider load failure

儘管使用 --provider-architecture 旗標在 avsql.cmd 檔案中所定義。

Cause

可使用 --provider-architecture=32 標誌錯誤地輸入 avsql.cmd 檔或格式錯誤添加。

如果將標誌新增到 avsql.cmd 檔案，例如：

echo --provider-architecture=32bit

Resolution

  1. 手動建立 avsql.cmd Avamar 軟體目錄中的檔案 （例如 C:\Program Files\avs\var） 使用記事本等文字編輯器。確認檔案 未 使用文字 （TXT） 檔案副檔名儲存。
  2. 新增 --provider-architecture=32 旗標到 avsql.cmd 檔案中所定義。
  3. 儲存 檔案並關閉。
