Symptoms

NetWorker VMware 保护集成配置了 vProxy Appliance。VMware 备份作成功完成，但克隆作失败，并且没有可用设备。克隆作在过去成功完成，并且最近没有更改。克隆作日志信息显示： 
MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS [NETWORKER_SERVER] nsrclone NSR notice Action clone '[CLONE_ACTION_NAME]' has initialized as 'clone job' with job id [JOBID] 
MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS [NETWORKER_SERVER] nsrclone NSR notice There is no availabe devices to clone! just skip all savests! 
MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS [NETWORKER_SERVER] nsrclone NSR critical No valid backend job 
MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS [NETWORKER_SERVER] nsrclone NSR notice Action clone '[CLONE_ACTION_NAME]' with job id [JOBID] is exiting with status 'failed', exit code 1 
MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS [NETWORKER_SERVER] nsrclone NSR critical NSRCLONE failed for one or more savesets.

Cause

没有为目标克隆池中的卷配置磁盘卷模式。磁盘卷模式必须设置为“可附加”，才能使卷可用于克隆作。磁盘卷模式没有配置的原因未知。
 

Resolution

必须更新目标克隆池中的磁盘卷，以反映“可附加”。  下面概述了更新卷模式的步骤。

  • 打开 NetWorker Management Console （NMC）。
  • 选择“Media”选项卡。
  • 在左侧树视图中，选择 “Disk Volumes”。
  • 在右侧窗格中，选择目标克隆池中的一个卷。
  • 右键单击卷，然后选择 “Change mode”。
  • 在“Change Mode properties”窗口中，选择“Appendable”，然后选择“OK”。
  • 更改目标克隆池中任何其他卷的模式。
