アップグレードを実行した後、Windowsを起動する前に次のエラーが発生します。
BIOS Update failed.Rebooting your computer.
ファームウェア アップグレード アプリケーションで次が表示されます。
Error: Collecting dock info failed.
別のエラーも表示されます。
Error: Only one dock must be attached before the dock firmware can be updated.

Cause
WD15/TB16/TB18DCのファームウェア アップデート ユーティリティーは、2020年1月以降に発売されたDellコンピューターをサポートしていません。このユーティリティーでは、2020年1月以降に発売されたコンピューターの新しいセキュリティと互換性のないレガシー セキュリティ キーを使用するためです。
Resolution
WD15/TB16/TB18DCを、2020年より前に販売されたDellコンピューターに接続し、ファームウェア アップデート ユーティリティーを実行します。
