OpenManage Enterprise: Come raccogliere i registri di debug

Instructions
Questo processo richiede l'accesso alla console della macchina virtuale e alla console basata sul Web.
Abilitare e raccogliere i registri di debug in OpenManage Enterprise:
- Accedere alla console VM (interfaccia utente di testo).
- Hyper-V VM Manager
- Accesso VMware vCenter o ESXi a vSphere
- Nella console utente di testo, selezionare Setup Debug Logs, quindi Invio.
- Selezionare Enable All'Debug logs, quindi Invio.
- Selezionare Restart Services, quindi Invio.
- Selezionare Riavvia tutti i servizi, quindi Invio.
- Una volta completata l'abilitazione dei registri di debug, accedere a OpenManage Enterprise Web Console.
- Si noti che ora è presente un banner che informa che i registri di debug sono abilitati nella schermata Home.
- Se necessario, riprodurre il comportamento diagnosticato. Ad esempio, se un processo di aggiornamento del firmware non riesce, riprodurre tale comportamento.
- Andare a Monitor >Troubleshoot.
- Selezionare Logs.
- Selezionare Generate Log Bundle.
- Una volta completato il pacchetto, cliccare su Download Log.
- Inviare il file risultante al supporto Dell.
