OpenManage Enterprise'daki Saha Hizmeti Hata Ayıklama (FSD), SSH ve SCP erişimini etkinleştirmek için cihazın kilidini açar. OpenManage Enterprise da (OME) FSD'yi etkinleştirme
OpenManage Enterprise da dat.ini dosyasını etkinleştirme ve toplama:
VM Console'da oturum açın (Metin kullanıcı arayüzü).
- Hyper-V VM Manager
- vCenter veya ESXI - VSphere de oturum açın
Metin Kullanıcısı konsoluna girdikten sonra:
- Field Service Debug (FSD) modunu seçin, ardından Enter tuşuna basın
- FSD Özelliklerinin Kilidini Aç'ı seçin, ardından Enter tuşuna basın
- Varsayılan bilgileri olduğu gibi bırakın ve Oluştur seçilene kadar sekme tuşuna basın, ardından Enter tuşuna basın
- Onay ekranında enter tuşuna basın.
- Disable Debug Capabilities ekranında escape tuşuna basın veya Cancel seçilene kadar tab tuşuna basın, ardından Enter tuşuna basın.
NOT: Her istek yeni bir karma imzası oluşturduğundan Hata Ayıklama Özelliklerini Devre Dışı Bırak seçeneğinde Enter tuşuna basmayın.
İşlem tamamlandıktan sonra OpenManage Enterprise Web Konsolu'nda oturum açın:
- Giriş ekranında FSD modunun etkin olduğunu belirten başlığa dikkat edin.
- Monitör > Sorun Giderme bölümüne gidin.
- FSD'ye tıklayın
- .dat Dosyasını İndir'e tıklayın
- Dosya, tarayıcınızı kullanarak kaydedilir ve indirme işlemini tamamlamak için ikincil bir güvenlik istemi görüntülenebilir. Bu dosyayı Dell Destek ekibine sağlayın.
NOT: FSD Erişimi yalnızca sorun giderme amaçlıdır. OpenManage Enterprise, bir cihaz olarak kabul edilir ve destek kılavuzunun dışında yapılan değişiklikler desteklenmez.
