Field Service Debug, FSD, i OpenManage Enterprise låser opp apparatet for å aktivere SSH- og SCP-tilgang. Dette kan utnyttes ved feilsøking av aspekter som ikke registreres ved hjelp av feilsøkingslogging. MERK: Denne prosessen krever tilgang til Virtual Machine-konsollen og den nettbaserte konsollen.
Slik aktiverer du FSD i OpenManage Enterprise (OME)
Aktiver og samle inn dat.ini-fil i OpenManage Enterprise:
Logg på VM-konsollen (tekstbrukergrensesnitt).
- Hyper-V VM Manager
- vCenter eller ESXI – logg på VSphere
En gang i tekstbrukerkonsollen:
- Velg FSD-modus (Field Service Debug), og trykk deretter enter
- Velg Lås opp FSD-funksjoner, og trykk deretter enter
- La standardinformasjonen være, og trykk på tab til Generer er valgt, og trykk deretter enter
- Trykk enter på bekreftelsesskjermbildet.
- Trykk på escape på skjermbildet Deaktiver feilsøkingsfunksjoner, eller trykk på tab til det er merket av for Avbryt, og trykk deretter på ENTER.
MERK: Ikke trykk på Enter på Disable Debug Capabilities, da hver forespørsel genererer en ny hash-signatur.
Når du er ferdig, logger du på OpenManage Enterprise Web Console:
- Legg merke til banneret på startskjermen som sier at FSD-modus er aktivert.
- Gå til Monitor > Troubleshoot.
- Klikk på FSD
- Klikk på Last ned .dat fil
- Filen lagres ved hjelp av nettleseren din, og det kan vises en sekundær sikkerhetsmelding for å fullføre nedlastingen. Gi denne filen til Dell Support.
MERK: FSD Access er kun for feilsøkingsformål. OpenManage Enterprise regnes som et tilpasset verktøy, og endringer som gjøres utenfor støtteveiledningen, støttes ikke.
