PowerEdge:OpenManage Enterprise 授權不會在 iDRAC 上顯示新安裝的授權

範圍:

在 OpenManage Enterprise (OME) 中探索並清查的裝置會反映截至上次成功清查的可用資訊。在 PowerEdge 裝置上新安裝的 DRAC 授權可能不會立即反映在 OME 上。如果 OME 未偵測到裝置的新功能,則無法使用 OME 附掛程式授權功能。
 

解決方案:

確認 DRAC 已安裝正確的授權:  

  • 在 Dell iDRAC9 及更新版本上,這會在 iDRAC Web 介面>組態 >授權上顯示。按一下 + 符號並確認 已安裝正確的 授權 。 
  • 在 Dell iDRAC8 上, 會在 iDRAC Web 介面>概觀 >伺服器 >授權上看到授權。按一下 + 符號 並確認已安裝正確的 授權 。 

在 OME Web 介面中,前往 裝置,然後按一下 裝置名稱>硬體>授權確認 授權與安裝在 DRAC 中的授權 相符 。如果授權未同步,下列步驟可允許重新清查以偵測新授權。 
 

注意:根據預設,OME 每 24 小時會執行一次清查工作。

 

  1. OME 裝置 頁面中,按一下 系統 >清查 在裝置上執行清查。等待操作完成。 
  2. OME 裝置 頁面中,按一下 系統 >探索>上線 並提供 裝置認證。等待操作完成。 

如果上述步驟無法解決問題,請在一或多個設備上嘗試以下步驟以強制同步。 

  1. OME 裝置 頁面中,按一下 系統 >更多動作> 刪除裝置。  
  2. 將裝置上的 iDRAC 重新開機。
  3. OME 裝置 頁面中,按一下 探索 >探索裝置,並提供 DRAC 的 IP 和認證。 
  4. OME 裝置頁面中,按一下系統與>探索 >導入,並提供裝置認證。等待操作完成。
  5. 在 OME 中確認 裝置檢視>硬體>授權 是否反映 DRAC 授權

成功清查 OME 中的裝置後,便可將功能延伸至 OME 附掛程式,例如 OMEVV。
