Symptoms

AWCC kanske inte visar GPU-översiktsinformationen på fliken Fusion. Problemet uppstår med AWCC-version 5.5.x eller äldre. Problemet upptäcktes först på Alienware m15 R7 med NVIDIA RTX 3080-grafikkort installerat, men den här konfigurationen är inte den enda som kan se problemet.

Cause

Detta beror på begränsningar inom AWCC och vissa konfigurationer.

Resolution

Lös problemet genom att uppdatera AWCC-versionen 6.2.7.0 eller senare på datorn. Se uppdateringsmanualen för drivrutiner för att ladda ner och installera AWCC.
