Symptoms

De Hardware Lifecycle Host (HLH) loopt vast met een BitLocker Recovery-prompt. Hierdoor blijft de OSD-workflow (Operation System Deployment) van de Patch and Update Tool in een mislukte status.

Cause

De OSD-workflow (Operating System Deployment) voert eerst firmware-updates uit. Tijdens het opnieuw opstarten van de Hardware Lifecycle Host (HLH) wordt de BitLocker Recovery-prompt weergegeven en kan de workflow niet worden hervat.

Resolution

Exporteer de BitLocker-herstelsleutel van de Hardware Lifecycle Host (HLH) voordat u de OSD-workflow voor patches en updates start. De herstelsleutel is te vinden op de volgende locatie: D:\CustomerBackup.
 
Voer desgevraagd de BitLocker-herstelsleutel in en laat de Hardware Lifecycle Host (HLH) volledig opstarten. Zodra de Hardware Lifecycle Host (HLH) is opgestart, klikt u op de knop Opnieuw proberen in de Patch- en updatetool.
