Instructions

  1. ASM Manager 로그:

asmmanger 로그를 파일에 출력합니다.

kubectl logs -n powerflex `kubectl get pods -A -o name | grep asmm`   >/home/delladmin/asmmanager.stdout.log

지원 부서에 연락하여 pfmp_support 번들 수집을 지원하십시오.

 

  1. ASM 배포 로그:

씬 배포자 셸에 드롭

kubectl exec -it -n powerflex `kubectl get pods -A -o name | grep thin` -- /bin/bash

배포 및 작업에 대한 모든 폴더와 로그가 포함된 번들을 생성합니다.

tar -czf  ASMDeployments.tar.gz /opt/Dell/ASM/

컨테이너에서 MVM1로 번들을 복사합니다.

scp ASMDeployments.tar.gz delladmin@MVM1MGMTIP:/home/delladmin/

씬 배포자 컨테이너 내부에 생성된 번들을 제거합니다.

rm ASMDeployments.tar.gz

씬 배포자 컨테이너 셸을 종료합니다.

exit

번들을 MVM에서 복사하고 번들을 MFT 사이트에 업로드합니다.

 

이러한 단계를 수행하면 두 개의 파일이 생성됩니다. 이러한 파일은 MVM에서 복사한 후 삭제할 수 있습니다.

/home/delladmin/asmmanager.stdout.log 

/home/delladmin/ASMDeployments.tar.gz
