1.什么是快照？
来自 ML6000 磁带库的快照是记录的信息，其中包含配置数据、状态信息和库组件的跟踪日志。
跟踪日志收集问题数据，并为支持人员提供用于故障处理和解决问题的重要库信息。
2.如何拉取快照
提醒：建议在登录 Web 界面之前，确保已禁用浏览器弹出窗口阻止程序，并且 Web 界面被列为受信任的站点。
使用以下作为如何拉取 ML6000 快照的示例：
- 使用正确的凭据登录到 Web 界面 （默认登录：管理员/密码）

- 转至“Tools”菜单，然后选择“Capture Snapshot”：图 2：

- 在“Tools - Capture Snapshot”菜单的“Select Delivery Method：”下标题，选择“使用浏览器下载文件”单选按钮，然后按应用：

- 快照收集完成后，您可以选择保存或取消日志。
按“保存”。文件将下载并显示为：
