NVP vProxy: 긴급 복구를 수행할 때 vProxy가 나타나지 않음

Symptoms

NetWorker VMware Protection 통합은 vProxy 어플라이언스로 구성됩니다.  ESXi 호스트에 대한 긴급 복구가 수행되고 있지만 해당 ESXi 호스트에 상주하는 vProxy는 "vCenter 내에 이미 배포된 기존 프록시를 제어"라는 옵션 아래에 나타나지 않습니다.  이 옵션은 사용할 수 없습니다. "ESX 호스트에 이미 구축되었지만 NetWorker에 등록되지 않은 프록시를 사용하십시오."  vProxy가 이미 NetWorker에 등록된 경우 "There is already a NSR VMware Proxy with the name vproxy_name"를 보고합니다.

Cause

VMware/vSphere 환경에서 vProxy 가상 머신 "Notes" 필드가 변경된 경우 "take control of the existing proxy already deployed within the vCenter" 옵션에 vProxy가 나타나지 않습니다.

Resolution

1) 관리 계정으로 vSphere 웹 클라이언트를 통해 vCenter에 로그인합니다.
2) 인벤토리에서 vProxy VM을 선택하고 "Summary" 탭을 엽니다.
3) "Notes" 필드를 확인합니다. 이 필드에는 다음만 포함되어야 합니다.
2.0.2(이하) vProxies의 경우: EMC Backup and Recovery vProxy Appliance
입니다.2.1.1 이상 vProxies의 경우: 백업 및 복구 vProxy 어플라이언스입니다.
4) 이 필드에 다른 항목이 포함되어 있는 경우 Edit 옵션을 사용하여 vProxy 버전과 일치하는 위의 값으로 변경합니다.

5) vProxy가 나타나기 전에 "긴급 복구" 창을 닫거나 재시작해야 합니다.
