AppSync: AppSync가 논리 유닛을 무시하기 위한 REST API 명령을 보내지 않아 VPLEX에서 오류가 발생함

Summary: AppSync 마운트 해제 작업 중에 AppSync는 VPLEX의 논리 유닛을 무시하기 위한 REST API 명령을 전송해야 합니다. 하지만 VPLEX에서 논리 유닛에 연결할 수 없게 되는 명령을 전송하는 것은 아니며 VPLEX GUI에 오류가 표시됩니다.

Symptoms

고객은 VPLEX GUI에서 아래 오류를 볼 수 있습니다.

동시에 프레임에 AppSync 서비스 계획이 표시되고 마운트 해제 단계가 성공합니다. 
서버 로그에서는 AppSync가 VPLEX의 논리 유닛을 무시하기 위해 아래 API를 보내는 것을 확인할 수 없습니다.

하지만 AppSync에서 VPLEX의 모든 논리 유닛을 무시하는 작업이 완료되었다는 메시지가 표시됩니다.

Cause

AppSync 4.2에서는 코드 버그 때문에 논리 유닛 무시 요청이 의존하는 get-storage-volume-info 호출에서 적절한 스토리지 볼륨 세부 정보를 가져오지 못하는 경우 AppSync가 모든 논리 유닛을 무시하기 위한 REST API를 보내지 않습니다.
