AppSync： AppSync 未傳送 REST API 命令，以忘記導致 VPLEX 中錯誤的邏輯單元

Summary: 在 appsync 取消掛接作業期間，appsync 應該傳送 REST API 命令，以忘記 VPLEX 中的邏輯單元。但是傳送的並不相同，因為邏輯單元在 VPLEX 中變成無法連線並且在 VPLEX GUI 中顯示錯誤。

Symptoms

客戶會在 VPLEX GUI 中看到以下錯誤：

同時，會看到 AppSync 服務計劃以及取消掛接階段已成功。
在伺服器記錄中，我們不會看到 AppSync 傳送以下 API，以忘記 VPLEX 中的 LU

<Date & Time> executeRequest: executing POST: POST https://<VPLX Server IP/Name>/vplex/logical-unit+forget HTTP/1.1
<Date & Time> executeRequest: 回應狀態行： HTTP/1.1 200 OK
    
但會看到 AppSync 宣告已完成作業，以忘記來自 VPLEX 的所有邏輯單元

Cause

在 AppSync 4.2 中，由於程式碼錯誤，AppSync 未傳送 REST API 以忘記所有邏輯單元，如果無法從忘記邏輯單元要求所依賴的 get-storage-volume-info 呼叫中取得適當的儲存磁碟區詳細資料。  
 

Resolution

有 hotfix 可解決此問題。聯絡支援時請引用此 KB 文章以取得 hotfix。
