Poznámka: Systém DD3300 používá upravenou verzi softwaru Data Domain (DD) Virtual Edition (DDVE).

Cause

Řadič iDRAC neaktualizuje informace o úložišti.
 
Od řadiče iDRAC se vždy očekávalo, že bude schopen obnovit inventář úložiště a poskytovat nejnovější a správné informace o disku PTAgent (v systému ESXi) a vulcanmon (v systému DDOS) při odebrání nebo vložení disku.
 
Někdy se řadič iDRAC neobnoví a je nutné jej resetovat ručně.

Resolution

  1. Resetujte řadič iDRAC online pomocí uživatelského rozhraní.
  2. Proveďte studený reset (neboli "odstranění blechy") podle postupu BMC Reset (neboli odstranění blech).
  3. Zkontrolujte, zda se vymazaly související výstrahy a zda se hardware disku zobrazuje podle očekávání.
