注意：DD3300 執行修改後的 Data Domain （DD） Virtual Edition （DDVE） 軟體。
 

在 Data Domain 作業系統 （DDOS） 中：

Cause

iDRAC 不會重新整理其儲存裝置資訊。
 
對 iDRAC 一直以來的期望，都希望它能夠重新整理其儲存裝置清查，並提供最新且正確的磁碟資訊給 PTAgent （在 ESXi 上） 和 vulcanmon （在 DDOS 上） 移除或插入磁碟的時間。
 
有時 iDRAC 無法重新整理，必須手動重設 iDRAC。

Resolution

  1. 使用 UI 線上重設 iDRAC。
  2. 根據 BMC 重設 （亦即微量排空） 程序，執行冷重設 （亦即「微量排空」）。
  3. 檢查並確認相關警示已清除，且磁碟硬體會如預期顯示。
