Symptoms

NVE(NetWorker Virtual Edition) 어플라이언스를 업그레이드하는 동안 업그레이드가 실패합니다. NVE의 /data01/avamar/repo/temp/*/tmp/workflow.log파일로 교체합니다.

Cause

UTF-8이 아닌 문자가 있습니다."Â"Server Protection Policy의 Notifications 필드에서:

Resolution

  1. NMC(NetWorker Management Console)를 엽니다.
  2. Protection 탭 아래의 Server Protection 정책으로 이동합니다.
  3. Server Protection Policy를 마우스 오른쪽 버튼으로 클릭합니다.
  4. 지원되지 않는 문자를 방지하기 위해 알림 필드에서 알림 명령을 삭제하고 수동으로 다시 입력하려면 OK 버튼을 클릭합니다.
  5. Installation Manager로 돌아가서 재시도 단추를 클릭하십시오.
