Symptoms

升級 NetWorker Virtual Edition （NVE） 裝置時，升級失敗。在 NVE 中找到下列錯誤 /data01/avamar/repo/temp/*/tmp/workflow.log：

Cause

有一個非 UTF-8 字元”Â」來自伺服器保護原則的「通知」欄位：

mail -h smtp.domain.com -s 'Networker Bootstrap Recovery Clone failed' backupadmin@email.com

Resolution

  1. 開啟 NetWorker Management Console （NMC）。
  2. 前往「保護」標籤下的伺服器保護原則。
  3. 以滑鼠右鍵按一下 伺服器保護 原則。
  4. 刪除並手動重新輸入通知欄位中的通知命令，以避免出現任何不支援的字元，請按一下確定按鈕。
  5. 返回安裝管理員，然後按一下「重試」按鈕。
