Symptoms

Running any of the "PPDM Native Reporting" report system templates in DPA returns no results. Choosing any scope and time period has no effect on the return of no results.

The "PPDM Native Reporting" report system templates in question can be found in the DPA UI under Reports -> Report Templates -> System Templates. The affected reports are listed below.

Cause

The DPA product is functioning as designed.

These report templates were mistakenly added to DPA. They were not designed to work with DPA and are not supported by DPA.

Note: Only reports prefixed with "PPDM Native Reporting" are impacted.

 

Resolution

It is recommended to not attempt to use these report system templates.

These report system templates will be removed from Data Protection Advisor in future release or patch build.
