Symptoms

Linuxシステムで問題が発生しました。Ableは、 nsrwatch root以外のユーザーを使用する。

ただし、rootユーザーでは接続に失敗します。

Error message: 

Cannot connect to resource database: Security token has expired.

Cause

Stale security session token: /nsr/tmp/sec/tokens が作成されました。

Resolution

  1. サービスを停止します。
    systemctl stop networker
  2. tmpフォルダーの名前を変更します。 
    mv /nsr/tmp /nsr/tmp_old
  3. NetWorkerサービスを再起動します。 
    systemctl start networker
