Symptoms

Linux sisteminde sorun oluştu. Kullanabilirsiniz nsrwatch kök olmayan kullanıcıyı kullanma.

Ancak kök kullanıcıyla bağlantı kurulamıyor.

Hata mesajı: 

Cannot connect to resource database: Security token has expired.

Cause

Şu alttaki eski güvenlik oturumu belirteci: /nsr/tmp/sec/tokens oluşturuldu.

Resolution

  1. Hizmetleri durdurun:
    systemctl stop networker
  2. Tmp klasörünü yeniden adlandırın: 
    mv /nsr/tmp /nsr/tmp_old
  3. NetWorker hizmetlerini yeniden başlatın: 
    systemctl start networker
